Special assistance

Mobility aids:

For passengers of the following groups. Van Don International Airport assists passengers and accompanying family members in transporting in the terminal, boarding the aircraft and carrying out aviation procedures in accordance with the regulations of the airline and the Aviation Administration:

passengers with reduced ability or inability to take care of themselves and in need of special assistance.

passengers with physical or intellectual impairments, whose health deteriorates or affects the safe operation of the flight

passengers receiving medical treatment yet can still complete a safe flight (those who have just been returned from the hospital, undergone surgery, suffered from serious illness)...

Facilities for special passengers:

Seats are reserved for special passengers (elderly, children, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, etc.), and separate restrooms are provided for children (for changing diapers, breastfeeding, …) and people with disabilities.
